At Demonia Cult, we want you to be fully satisfied with your alternative footwear; if your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initialize Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box, then secure that box inside a separate shipping mailer or carton to prevent damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous tracking information.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed.
